MARKET RENT ADVICE

Stuart and Linda are both recognised as a “Specialist Retail Valuer” as per the Retail Shop Leases Act (1994) Queensland. Stuart and Linda have provided market rent advice to a number of commercial, industrial and retail tenants including fast food chains, automotove retail outlets, telecommunications outlets, coffee store chains, and other retail chains. These reports can be in the form of providing a submission for either a Landlord or Tenant, or, be appointed jointly to determine the current market rent where the two parties cannot agree between themselves.
