Who are we and what do we do

Crisp Valuation Services are Registered Property Valuers and Consultants based in Brisbane, Australia.

CRISP in an acronym for:

Retail
Industrial

Crisp Valuation Services is a small boutique firm where the Director is not only very experienced at valuing Commercial, Retail and Industrial properties, but also, personally has a financial interest in commercial and retail property. This allows him to have a much greater appreciation for the frustrations and difficulties other clients may experience with previous dealings with other Valuation firms.

Organisational structure

At Crisp, we provide independent property valuation reports and consultancy advice for a wide range of purposes including:
Mortgage Security (see Bank Panels Page)
Financial Reporting (eg Superannuation compliance)
Portfolio Valuations
Resumptions and Compulsory Acquisitions
Statutory Valuation advice and objections
Market Rent Advice

Both our Director, Stuart Cameron, and Senior Valuer, Linda Otten, are additionally accredited Specialist Retail Valuers and is licensed to undertake:
Market Rent Determinations (as appointed by QCAT & as per Retail Shop Leases Act 1994)
Joint Appointed Market Rent Assessments (similar to above, however, without the appointment by QCAT)
